transparency on unvax terminations

Wouldn’t it be transparent for the company to divulge how many people were let go due to being on Vaxxed? They made a big deal of it but now it seems that nobody was held accountable and let go so what happened? The date past for employees to be vaxed and nobody said a word as to how many were terminated because of this what’s going on at this company?

Rotten to do that to an employee.

Someone got walked out this week in East Hartford, disciplinary termination for not complying with vax mandate
They are shady, supreme court ruled no mandate, and they're still firing people for noncompliance, mask mandate and testing rules will be decided 2/9/22

yep, no word. if they're mean enough to threaten jobs for jabs, transparency would be low on the moral obligation list

They gave an extension to mid-JAN, reportedly based on the mandate change for fed contractors. No one was terminated, but many have left the company.

In my experiences most things COVID related with Pratt have not been handled well. Over a year in and middle management do not even seem to understand basic company protocols concerning the virus. Most are working from home still anyway and I get the sense that they have the out of sight, out of mind attitude. Which probably don't give people that have to physically be at work the warm fuzzy feeling. People are rarely held accountable at PW so I'm assuming this will just be another time. Besides Antonio Brown only got suspended 3 games and is still eligible for his bonuses.

Held accoutable for not complying with an illegal/unconstitutional mandate to get a vaccine for a virus they've already had, when there is no proof the vaccine will stop the spread of the virus?

Nobody got fired because the company is not stupid.

They are implemeting weekly testing for the unvaxxed, which will prove to be a complete waste of time by February, when they realize between now and then that only the vaxxed will be getting the virus.
