Thread regarding Belk layoffs

Our Restrooms are closed for a least a month, sewer line broke, we have to go to other stores or restaurants to use theirs, dont complain it can also get worse, like we have it

Well, since this situation may be in violation of federal law, as well as OSHA regulations, I doubt there will be much dragging of feet on this one. A couple well-placed phone calls would remedy that situation if you feel like that's the case.
Now... if they're on it, and it's just going to take a few weeks to get it done, I'm not sure there's much you can do about that. It isn't something your employer caused, and they're working to remedy the situation.

Too bad Belk owns that property (formerly Parisian) because it’s Belk’s responsibility to foot the repair bill. So, Good luck. It may be quite a wait before the powers that be authorize the repair. At least after inventory when more is known about the company’s fate.
