Who is excited to get back in the office? According to MW all the issues at Chevron are due to the pandemic and management seems to think getting back in the office will cure all the issues related to bad morale. We'll see what happens i guess.

Way too much strategic discussion! We all know that even in normal times it takes just about all of January to get the year started. In 2022, we’ll spend at least the first three weeks in the cafe trading WFH experiences the last 21 months. Even less work will get done than in WFH.
