So many of us are leaving and there's nobody to hire to replace us. Let's see how the management digs their way out of this one.

They will contract as much work out as possible
It's bad enough you work at JLS. But to live in a place called the Toona must be way worse!

Maybe they'll send PTI to get them. Oh wait, they don't have anybody over there either.
NS will send some cars to the border pick up some illegals to do the work , no worries sure they have plenty of money to get people to turn their heads.
At the next quarterly shareholder conference, they can now talk about how the crafts have decreased their own head count. They used to brag about the reductions in head count, so whats the problem, the crafts are going to help you out by leaving. There hasn't been any acceptance by any class 1 ceo that they created this supply chain mess, and now nobody wants to return or be hired out in the railroad.
When I said "It's about to get worse," I meant for the management, of course.
