The job market is good if you are in your 30s or 40s. Not so great for people over that age. Centene lays this group off first along with newer staff.
Interview interview interview!! Keep looking even if you don't think you are leaving.
All options are not good options. Write down a list of what is making you unhappy at Centene and then ask hard questions when you interview with each company. Make sure you are making a move to something better, not just making a move.
I did and I've never been happier.
