This may be sound like kidding.
But as I thought, It's childish behavior for business growth so that It seems to build a KINGDOM for realizing their selfish.
Why are they who managements of APAC and Japan less capable than other companies leader and management?

EMEA leadership is in same dire straits (Regardless who ever in charge) ever since Mikey Mk 1 took over in CSC with downward slope continuing well into DXC followed by SAL becoming CEO no change or strong leadership from SAL to change things up in DXC.
If the APAC leadership had any talent they would be working elsewhere. The PRESIDENT should have been dispatched years ago. A Mikey Mk1 crony who came from IBM when it was at its worst. Only interested in quarterly numbers. Sc--w the customers. Sc--w the staff. Nothing more than an underendowed bully who gets away with it because of his ethnicity and the incompetency of Mikey Mk2. Only has two management techniques - intimidation (to drive revenue) and firing people (to make profit). It's why DXC is doomed in the long run. It's shrinking to irrelevance.
