This question is obviously aimed to the long-timers at EM. We all tend to feel unsatisfied with our job and here are always tough days. I tend to judge my satisfaction with my job through the quality of life that I have doing it and the last 10 years at EM have certainly been a downward spiral .I have been at the company long enough to remember better days. Now there is no work life balance, the pay is getting much worse compared to the costs of living, and of course there is the constant fear of layoff. Fewer and fewer reasons to stay if you ask me.
How much would you say that your quality of life has deteriorated in the last 10 years?

I was happier and healthier. Now I'm less happy and less healthy, but I'm wealthier than before.
Fortunately, mine has improved.
