This is a declining industry in general, but I think better leadership could've achieved much more despite the decline. They relied mostly on cuts. My team is now desperately missing more people because those of us who are still here are overwhelmed with work. No one has high hopes, moreover, all we can expect are new cuts which begs the question, does X even have anyone to cut more?

I would love to know if and where X leadership went to school because they have NO clue how much $$ they are losing on supply orders sent out wrong and/or for free when they should be charging for then and the hundreds of thousands of dollars in bad debt write offs that HCL is processing. They have over a 100 collectors at HCL, are they collecting any $$$$
It is beyond pathetic how bad HCL has made things but that's X doing their due diligence....HCL are no fools, they are a $10 Billion dollar revenue company and they tell X exactly what they want to hear and X believes them, and there my friends is my cuts constantly have to be done
The entire Xerox strategy is cost cutting and what better way to achieve this then eliminating jobs. Sooner the current Xerox employees realize this, the better
Unfortunately, this is not an effective long term strategy
Oh yes. There’s always room for Jell-o.
