I think you're now more likely to get bitten by a shark than to retire from IBM. They're out for blood (sadly I'm talking about IBM, not sharks) and anybody over a certain age is fair game. People are not only getting laid off but fired as well. That's after spending decades here. I know everybody knows this already, but it doesn't make it right. Watch your back if you're nearing retirement.

well the only reason they did all that "education" was get a reason to pip you. If you didn't finish sk03 and skills to lead - your be on a PIP. (performance improvement program)
Q1 2022 is coming... be ready, resumes should be updated and already be out there.
