I started working at AIG six years ago and for a year or so, I enjoyed it. Then things started changing for the worse, from a definite shift in company culture to the way managers treat their subordinates to the amount of work we're expected to do. Now, it's like a whole different company that's hemorrhaging employees. Not that I can blame anybody for leaving.
