I know a lot of younger employees can't wait to get out, but I still like it here. After 20 years, I see no reason to leave when retirement is just a few years away. I also think many people exaggerate when they talk about working conditions at EM. It's a job. It's not supposed to be fun. It's something you do to get paid. There are worse places you could be doing that.
