Been more than 3 years we have been hearing the fancy names and same folks being promoted and getting the fat bonus( as they belong to the same group). Loyal employees have been waiting for the actual reward or have already been shown door. Only the top selected 'GROUP' management folks eating up all the STI's/Promotions/Hikes..
It's high time AIG starts rewarding the ground level employees 🙌

Great post except for the last sentence.
They will never reward the ground levels employees unless it is to check a box for DEI. Every $1000 they give an employee would mean an executive giving up a fancy dinner at NOBU. Do you really expect them to do that?
