This will be my 7th Christmas at this company. This one is the most depressing, at least for me.

These covid years have been the best ever there, zero walk ups, eliminated all the BS time people spend talking about the football game and cr-p in cubes, no one sitting watching, etc.
This place great. I used to work for brother-in-law making handbag. Now i build board. I have no training and they say ok we like you. Honwell is great company

This is the happiest end of the year in a decade for me. I have more interview requests from other companies than ever before. There is a real chance of finding a company that doesn't just talk a good game about how important its people really are. So, chin up, keep the faith, and remember that in every challenge there is an opportunity for growth, wisdom, and change for the better. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! You obviously don't know squat about how true vaccines work. No amount of COVID shots will prevent infection or spreading it to others, per the CDC. This is just a repackaged flu shot with go faster stripes and even less efficacy. Take a good look at pro sports. They have 97%+ COVID shot compliance and a real problem with COVID positive personnel. Stop with the Branch Covidian nonsense.

Just be glad if you have natural immunity to Covid and/or access to therapeutics. The CDC admits that 80% of Omicron cases are among the double jabbed and 30% of those are triple jabbed. States and organizations with the highest Vaxx rates have the highest case rates.
Jab mandates have also forced out many medical professionals with natural immunity so that hospitals have fewer ICU beds. Let's follow the science and stop covidian medical apartied.
The most depressing thing is that so many are not vaccinated. If OMICRON is at least as bad as the Delta variant and more contagious, we are going to have a tough January - February. Add on top of this a Flu resurgence and healthcare workers quitting their jobs. Consider that someone that is getting their first dose today is 6 months + 1month + 2 weeks behind those that have already completed their vaccinations with booster. Their bodies have been tempered by the vaccine and whatever other undetected Covid-19 infections they might have had. Someone that has not had their first shot and has not had a prior Covid-19 infection could be in for a real bad time if they catch OMICRON this winter.
Cheer up! These are the good old days. It will get worse. Much, much worse.
Then find another job. Nobody is forcing you to work at this terrible company.
