Just curious if anyone here is in the know about whether or not return to office could be delayed due to omicron. I’m nervous about it.

With a full understanding that even the fully vaccinated and boostered ARE NOT immune from getting COVID 19 and spreading it, I understand why offices remain close and should not come as a surprise when companies realize that they may not need to retain all the current offices they have. Satellite locations, i.e. small shared locations may be the new physical location office for many.
Well unvaccinated workers will continue to work from home, making the office safer for the vaccinated...but if there is no booster mandate, isnt everyone unvaccinated at this point. GEE...fun times!
Omicron makes several nervous. Lost an immediate family member from my household to Covid last year. It’s not worth the job to go back in so I’ve already resigned.
For those that do have to go back, hopefully they continue to offer up to 10 Covid days if you set sick and also time if you get the next vaccine.
Good luck, all.
Lol you're scared of a cold. I get it tho. Rto is useless
If someone sneezes, there will be no return to office and the whole country will go back into lockdown.
Ohio received another email stating RTW starting February etc etc. what a bunch of bullshot!! This is mental torture thinking we’ll be forced to go back into a office and knowing we will get sick shot or not. Best health care company ever, NOT! If you don’t give a fucccckkkk about your employees how can you give two Fucccccckkkkssss about the members . Oh that’s right they only care at money!
