Year End thoughts

As we quickly approach the new year there are two things to consider or ponder for 2022. First, why are the shareholders and/or board members still putting up with this colossal failure of a leadership team causing this company to further dig its grave?? When does another year of no profit actually mean something or is someone held accountable? (8 years in a row, foh) Second, get rid of the gossip queens and non-performers within company and that goes for anyone up and down the ladder that are toxic to this culture. That means no hair head of new renewables group, RedMf'rs, call-mops, and anyone who is just horrible at what they do. It's time to take back the company that shined brightly not that long ago.

Wrong…There’s definitely fat at the top you can cut. Start over with better leadership.

The problem with being a yank business, utterly short sightedness, forget your 3, 5, 10 year plans. . . Give us your 3, 5, 12 month plans. . . .stupid stupid shocking way of working. This business has had years of short-sightedness, the only way to make better profits is by cutting, but there's nothing left to cut
