Boeing Suspends COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate. When will Honeywell?

Boeing on Friday suspended its COVID-19 vaccine requirement for U.S. employees, becoming the latest company to drop the rule amid pushback from some employees and in response to a court decision blocking federal mandates.
Honeywell is stupid and still stubborn.

You're not a Honeywell employee. That answers that stupid question. It's obvious that you know nothing of how Honeywell operates internally. That's a good thing. Don't feel sorry for a company that is run by greedy fools that are disciples of Jack Welsh. They rule through fear and intimidation. And that makes good employees angry and makes them leave. The reason the stock price is high is due to DA spending at $2.5 Billion USD every year to buy back stock. Innovation and quality started to leave Honeywell when Allied Signal bought it. The Dave Cote came in as CEO and accelerated it. Now DA is finishing the job as the most recent CEO.

You have finally showed your hands to a Honeywell International. Now that they know you’re not mindless and will stand up to them. You need to go.

My guess is a start treating you badly. In order to force you to leave. They probably will give you a letter of expectation.

You’ll will get a PIP. Then you’ll never improve. Next RIF you will be it for you. Union members will also be phased out. Expect the same dirty talk to see use when they want to get rid of people. They don’t want around

If you thought this business was toxic already, you haven’t seen anything yet.

We are Honeywell. You will be assimilated. You will act like the Stepford wife’s. You will comply. Your biological and technology smarts will be assimilated into Honeywell. Unfortunately for Honeywell. If you build anything automated, it won’t work.

Can't wait for these implementations..

Kroger told employees last week it would no longer offer paid emergency leave to unvaccinated employees who contract COVID, as of Jan. 1. Furthermore, all unvaccinated managers and nonunion employees will have an extra $50 added to their monthly health plan costs.

Jab Mandate Layoffs:
Good news that Texas has joined Oklahoma in exempting their National Guard units from the unlawful jab mandates. State nullification of unconstitutional federal edicts from the Junta continues to gain steam!

“The State of Texas will not enforce this latest COVID-19 vaccine mandate against its guardsmen. If the federal government keeps threatening to defund the Texas National Guard, I will deploy every legal tool available to me as Governor in defense of these American heroes”

You should feel sorry for Honeywell.

Imagine.. even you actually spend time looking at this angry, spiteful, vitriolic rant.
The layoff.com is what happens when leadership utterly fails to inspire or motivate. The workforce gets angry and restless and eventually they begin to undermine the company from inside.
You can try changing the workers but it never cures the problem. Only new and dynamic leadership will help. Just going to get worse.

This OSHA rule will very likely be overturned by a review of the full 6th Circuit and/or SCOTUS. The only cases SCOTUS has refused to hear so far are those at the state level, not the Federal level.

Those who supported or enforced the vax mandate on individuals and denied these individuals their livelihood to provide and support for their families will be scorched in history.
Furthermore, those who now seek to indiscriminately, unnecessarily, and widely inject innocent, powerless children deserve scornful shame.
This mandate is dangerous to American liberty. Our Constitution protects and secures our rights to remain free from religious persecution and coercion.
