Be thankful you still have these kind of loyal customers! Without these loyal low-income Belk's target customers, we may be out of business this Christmas 2021.
Not sure who they want to target as a customer, but most of these people think Belk is in 1992. Belk does not have the staff to hold your hand while you shop and expect to wait in line while you check out.
