If you look at who runs Honeywell, it’s a toxic environment. So expect the forums to be same, the forums never used to be this bad. Now forums are super toxic.
The swearing, disrespect, and discrediting or making fun of people. Who are outspoken or not loyal enough towards Honeywell. Definitely a tactic from management or loyal people of Honeywell. The Honeywell cult at work.
They use Jones town tactics. In order to control the mass. They do they’re pretty good job at it. The Minneapolis Site the same way. I would assume it takes place at whole Honeywell organization. I’m not surprise that we’re not all marching around with Honeywell slogans. Like the Na-i SS did.

True, but I haven't seen any complaints specific to China or Indian facilities.
I've seen the anit-vax nutcases come out when the US is asleep. They also do their up/down vote during this time. This is also notable on other company threads.
As an experiment, go to a vax thread and comment anti or pro vax before going to bed. You will notice a LOT of up/down votes when you wake up and check.
OP: Over 60% of Honeywell's employees work outside of the US at significantly lower salaries and benefits. This website is viewable to all of them.
I believe the people sowing dissent are just trampled and depressed US employees. Mostly over 40 males. There are a few female early executive level people that occasionally respond in comments, probably bilingual based on specific word order choices. Writing style is very difficult to fake and is easy to analyze using online tools. Some locations are over represented… Aerospace in general and Arizona and Florida in particular. Honeywell corporate has done this analysis and understands who is commenting. They don’t care.
I think this site is a very accurate gauge of what I hear whispered in hallways at the many locations I interact with every day. ( 100 LID codes visited over last 10 years covering everywhere from xi’an to sao Jose). Of course many of those locations are now gone….
