It's awful what is happening in this company. I don't know if I'm more frustrated or sorry for people who are not trained, and NS requires them to work as if they have ten or more years of experience. They hire people and then try to drive them away from the day one. That can't work out well for this company...

The truck driver in Colorado wasn't properly trained either and look what happened to him. The issue at hand is, nobody cares about safety anymore. NS is no different. This company has pi-s poor training these days and really hopes you don't obey the rules to get things done more quickly. They almost encourage it to a degree. But once something happens....Oh....that's your a-s!!

Look who is running this company, they have no clue what they are doing, but, they do it anyway.
