Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

They just find excuses

I've had enough. Someone made excellent remark - since the pandemic began, this company has constantly used the fact that we are understaffed as an excuse for everything. Sorry, but that's not our problem. Of course we are short staffed when no one wants to work here. These are all consequences of poor management and employees are not to blame for us being short staffed. Are you also tired of constant excuses?

Our club isn't short-staffed, but they won't schedule part-timers to work more than 20some hours a week. Short-staffed is management's fault.

The short staffed problem is on purpose!!! This is another example of Home Office creating a sh---y work environment for us. It is not always poor management but the company is only allotted so many work hours for each department and it is beyond ridiculous. THEY have set us up to fail!!!! WHY? I don't know. I think they want the company to go down the drain so they can go all on line ordering and shipping, like Amazon.
