Suddenly everyone is talking about not being valued. I don't have that feeling because I've never asked for anything more than pay.
My question is: have you ever felt valued here?

Nah not really
I felt very valued when management needed me to work on days off, shift a vacation to another date to meet a project deadline, or work extra hours on something they needed to meet their objectives.
I never expected a thank you and didn't get one.
"Yes, I felt valued because my coworkers and "underlings" thanked me"
As in, "Thank YOU, sir, May I have another"?
"If you want to be valued, worked harder and achieve results!! Value yourself and don’t expect everyone else to see what you can do."

clearly comments from office dwelling, worked from home on there £350 pound desk for the last 20 months cheerleaders.

Don't just look "upwards" for your value.
If you don’t feel valued, leave. It’s a worker’s market right now. You will find plenty of opportunities elsewhere to grow and feel more valued.
Worked for SLB for 18 years, always did my best but never felt valued or appreciated at all. Praise, recognition and promotion always went to those who had little understanding of the products the company sold, but were very keen to climb the promotion ladder at the expense of staff who just got on with the job and made a good effort. This company is very elitist, those who have a university degree will always be promoted irrespective of their effort, skill or knowledge, the rest of us always come up against a glass ceiling and cannot get above it.
