CWA legacy T contact vote

The CWA will not even pretend to bargain with AT&T this time. The no votes won’t be counted again like in the past. We need to publicly post local votes that are passed on to the national so we can all see how they will lie about the vote.

There were 3 ballot elections about 8 years ago in Local 9509 until they got the results they wanted . The same dictator is the local president today. Entrenched power maniac.

All "secret ballots" allow any result that the counters want. The only way to actually verify the count is correct is for each member to stand in front of everyone in the union hall and publicly cast their vote.

So many contracts that we have been told were ratified yet no one knew anyone who would admit to voting for ratification.

There was a contract about 10 years ago that actually was objected to so heavily CWA had to admit it did not pass the ratification vote, then they told the membership they did not care what they voted for and they would not re-negotiate.

So many members admit that membership is nothing but paid protection from ever being fired (notwithstanding surplus)...

Happy, happy, happy..........
