I stuck around long enough to collect my 401-k match, now it's time to get the hall out of this place. Anybody else out there have their last day today?

Wish all the cry babies would leave already 🤣
I left a few years ago when they said we could not work from home anymore, even though we were hired to work from home to be near our suppliers. I left a few months after the first yearly 401k match and got a great job at another big company. And I got severance from HW.
At the new job the 401k is split between every paycheck and a certain percent once a year. But, I have gotten a raise and a bonus every year and there is NO 9-block rating systems. Just a what you did good and what you think you could do better next year system.
I still get together once in awhile with the old HW team, including our boss, and everyone is so much happier at their new jobs. Of course, the two guys who retireed are WAY happier.
What makes you think I give a sh1t if anyone, epecially you, remembers my name tomorrow? Narcisists like you ruining Honeywell makes it great to be a former employee. I wear that like a badge because I earned it.
To the OP,
Good for you! I stuck around to get this year's 401k match too. I have multiple intreviews coming up. It's only a matter of time now.
I leave there today. It bad place to work. I go to friend dry cleaner and work
Bye Felicia. See you never
Yes, I am also going to resign next week. Darius bonus surcharges were too much last weeks. Don’t want to work any longer in a company where they just care about the shareholders, where customers are necessary to keep its shareholders happy and a company that hates its employees. Take care
Congratulations and best wishes
@mri Is it gratuitous, yes. And ugly and callous, yes. But sadly true.
I'll be leaving just as soon as I finish the 8-piece box of chocolates that CedarCreek got for their year-end "appreciation" gift.
I am still w/ HW and so happy what HW delivered what we have earned. Be grateful
@zmf, the gratuitous ugliness of that statement is yet another example of why HW is a great place to leave.
And no one will remember your name tomorrow...
