The mandate is on hold for "Fed Contractors" across the country. When will Honeywell finally back down. And how long are they going to make people virtue signal with those du_b masks? It makes no since and never did but now that the EO 14042 is on hold what are the holding the mandate too? There is nothing to fall back on. And in every email about the China Virus Shot it says the EO is the reason it's emplementing the man/date.

Call your Congressmen and let them know what HW is doing. They claim they rolled this out due to the Executive Order and now that it is on hold by a judge they are still enforcing it. They are in violation of the law. My Congressmen not aware of what they are doing. He claimed they would be doing something to pressure HW.
HON in Florida will now have to deal with the state laws against the mandates and also lawsuits for requiring workers to pay for testing required by HON. I don't like lawyers but in this case HON will either backoff or settle the discrimination lawsuits out of court like they are infamous for.
HW doesn’t need an EO or a law to impose a vaccine mandate. No legal basis for suing them. Especially if you are in CLW. Florida is a right to work state. Remember when the politicians wanted to be sure employers had complete freedom to fire anyone for anything? HW is free to impose a vaccine mandate within the company.
Not only are 80% of the omicron cases among the double vaxxed but 30% of those are triple vaxxed!

REH the tax requirement to reduce covid costs doesn't work since they are adding a monthly surcharge to the unvaxxed already for healthcare premium.

See the link. Google is moving forward with an internal company vaccine mandate as a condition of continued employment for their 150,000 US employees. They are doing this even though both of Biden's mandates have had judicial stays enacted on them.
Honeywell is self insured for medical expenses and it may be possible that leadership would continue on with the vaccine requirement to reduce Covid related costs. It's all about Honeywell's bottom line profits regardless of employee concerns.
