Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Is the Supply Chain org really that bad?

Geesh! I work in a BU and every 2-3 weeks, I work with the supply chain people. It seems like every week since early 2020, some one is leaving Intel from the supply chain org every week. Is it the management or just better money and work at other companies?

Yes, the supply chain org has been bad for a few years. The whole AZ management is just dead weight, worthless and VERY political. They finally booted out one of the VP's because he was so incompetent, even though that VP's race helped to make the company look good to the lefties.

@1nll+1ejdWhte A lot of people are "retained" because they aren't good enough to work at these other places.

The sad truth is that Intel is a shelter for mediocrity.

If they didn’t seem to have any issues with their team, they were probably contacted by recruiters.

FEAR and feel comfortable at Intel are factors behind these Pat worshippers prefer to stay and keep believe (faith)
Anyway, to them Intel is so flexible, well taken care with free fruits and being relax (work from home, out of state and always have reasons to stay away from office)

Why is anyone still at Intel?

The pay is much better elsewhere.
The culture is also much better.
Ask around, you might find a better situation outside Intel.
