unless you are being paid for 24 hours 7 days/week and as long as you are not compromising AT&T by stealing customer info or proprietary info, no one has any business knowing what you do when you are not on AT&T clock

Do you also sit on the board at other companies? I heard that's OK.

Who cares? You're not a slave to this place. Just don't be d-mb enough to tell them. They may think otherwise, but it's really none of AT&T's business what you do off their clock.

Who gives a rip what they think? As long as it is not conflict of interest or takes time away from your ATT job go for it!

Only the Ratty can work multiple jigs and get away with spreading his incompetence.

Racking it in is Ratty's only passion.

I dont think OP is asking about whether he can get in trouble for his (or her) side hustle.

I think OP is asking if he's ok being 'overemployed', ie working multiple jobs at the same time.
that is timecard fraud. obviously.

As long as the employer/business doesn't compete with AT&T AND doesn't noticeably interfere with your job at AT&T you are OK. If the employer/business does compete and you get caught you will be walked out immediately has been my experience seeing other employees in that situation. One id--t had it on his resume he used when applying for an internal job and HR saw it and he was walked out immediately LOL

Just don't say anything to HR you have a 2nd job. As long as it is not conflicting with your current job, you're fine.
