401K Annual Limit Question

It's my understanding that I can contribute a maxium of $19,500 in 2021 (goes to $20,500 in 2022).

Is this the amount I contribute PLUS whatever the company puts in?

Or, is this the amount that just I put in my plan and the company match does not count.

AND, the year you turn 50 and thereafter, an additional amount is allowed on top of that...

It's just your contribution, the company match does not count.
