I was laid off from Centene in February this year. I didn’t accept the severance offered because like so many others, I felt my layoff was wrongful and I was offered the same thing as someone who had only worked 3 years to my 5. Shortly after the layoff I was given information that I may have been discriminated against. Yes, I’ve filed suit! During my first mediation, Centene refused to negotiate so now we go on to legal investigation! This company is horrible!

@7iuo+1eifxv11: depends on what area. The reverse of what you are describing is happening in my dept, and I agree HR is a joke. The running joke is if you want to get laid off, just file a complaint to HR.
Reverse racism and being overloaded in work while the non-white employees do next to no work because they are friends with the Manager. This is one of Centene companies and is blatant reverse discrimination ! HR is a joke
On the phone with the Labor Board now regarding my unpaid wages! If you know of anyone that has experienced not being compensated please have them call ASAP!!

I quit 3 mths ago, gave 2 wks notice. I never received my week in arrears. I was tired of going back and forth with HR/Payroll. So thankful for my new career & position. I know made the right decision.
I quit about a month ago and worked almost 10 hours of overtime and wasn’t compensated! Can you share the lawsuit information please?
