Another reorg? To accomplish what, exactly? Please don’t call this an Op Model change. Moving weak and toxic execs around instead of moving them out is avoidance HR. Massive budget cuts coming and I’m being told I can’t backfill open positions of people who actually do work. How about we let go those execs who just got shuffled and I’ll hire 10 people who actually execute on something.
