It's sad to see so many people live in fear of being laid off. The fact of the matter is you do it day in and day out. When you finally realize the Top 5 is there to fill their pockets then you will realize how little they care. Proven time and time and time and time again. Now TT can mow his yard and go to the french alps and you can enjoy his success on your behalf, or you can say sc--w this place and do what's best for your family. You decide.

Glad I left. Health ins is so trash there. Got a better gig, never have to look over my shoulder.
I don’t understand sitting around in hoping you get laid off. If you do not want to work for this company anymore then why stay? It’s not like the severance package makes it worth it. WS has a lot of drawbacks, but being employed is better than not drawing a paycheck IMO. I can’t say how long the ship will stay afloat, but for now a paycheck is better than the unemployment line.
I think most people are HOPING they are in the next batch of layoffs. Who needs the stress of higher workloads for pay that won't increase, only to add to the TTs of WS's pockets???
