Have lost 7 team mates in last 4 months. Everyone is leaving. I gave my 2 weeks notice last week, so I still have till Friday. Who is around still and why do you stay? All I know is I had to move on. The end is in sight.

Xerox is not in a normal industry. It's in the spot as horse saddle makers were a hundred years ago. Adjust accordingly. Do like me and realize that skills are transferable. Go for it or at least try. If you prefer to ride it out that's fine too. Just don't put people down because they don't do or think like you.
