Please tell me how much you think Allstate is interested in employee feedback:
I think that this is certainly not the only company that doesn’t care about employee feedback, but it is definitely among the companies that let the employee know right from the start that there is no room here for having your own opinion.
The answer is A, with an occasional B so they can pretend that they care on the surface but also gather information about who is not drinking the Kool-aid to likely use it against them for the next round of layoffs or have your leader host a whole huddle regarding why someone in your unit didn’t give them top ratings on all questions on the survey.
That’s why I left. This company doesn’t care.
I've answered the Inspire survey with the same responses every damn year I've been here. Nothing has ever changed based on employee feedback.

Look to the past to understand the future. OP is correct. This is a cut throat organization that is in it to win it for the executives. Anyone who thinks differently is naive and ignorant. This is not a company that cares about the opinions of the front line. They only make positive decisions fir employees to avoid lawsuits. They only do what they have to do. That’s why the people need representation.
