People buy Tesla for the name and prestige of the name, they also buy it because they like Elon Musk and believe in him. Farely does not drive sales for Ford, nor does anyone buy Ford for prestige. I feel that those buying the MachE will soon trickle off after the hype wears off and it will go the way of the Continental.

The guy made his career by flattering the Ford family and using Ford’s PR department (and Phoebe Wall Howard) to build up a fake image of him as an automotive guru. The truth is he’s a goof who is great at playing old school Ford company politics. He would be useless to Tesla.
Farley wants to go to Tesla when Elon exits. Farley will keep up the positive Musk PR until the move is completed. He knows how poorly position Ford is for EV’s, vehicles and technology. He is certainly anxious to move sooner than later when the financials reflect our performance. Run Farley Run.
Farley didn't miss an opportunity to praise and congratulate the man who wants to put Ford out of business on Twitter. Farley so desperately wants to be looked at as fashionable and trendy but just embarrasses himself in the process. I wonder what glowing profile Phoebe Wall Howard is working on next?
