Freedom at last. No more worrying when the axe will fall.
I did it and resigned, the stress of this sinister jailhouse house of horrors was too much and I found an outside job . Freedom never felt so good.
My last day is this Friday and I never want to see or hear about this circus.
I was one of the survivors of the latest round of layoffs and can’t take the complete loss of control of my life, my family’s future and my career future. It was all summing to be going down the toilet.
Shitrix time is over. After this layoff, it is nothing but a heap of bones being picked apart by the incompetent management clowns.
Thank god I am out and will never look back.

Me too but I haven't put in my resignation yet. I feel sorry for my team and all the direct managers on my team, they are all great guys and seriously under water on the case load; the problems truly are with upper management, leadership, and the board. But at the same time, I'm not sticking around after I got a great offer with a great company.
It’s funny and sad because everyone I’ve spoken to who’s resigned, including myself has had that same feeling. Just wait until you get out if your going to a solid company. You’ll see how much bu-----t really went on. I am treated SO much better, it actually makes me want to work and sell things.
