When someone else does the work, it can always be done faster and better, right?
I give up because I absolutely do not want to keep explaining anymore that things take time and it is impossible to do it faster if you want to do it well. Next week I will give notice and I can't wait to find out know how long it will take the person who replaces me to finish the same job.
I’m at this point too. I have the best metrics on my team but am constantly harassed if I step away from my desk for a moment (next time I’m just going to say that I was taking a massive dump). I can and do do my job quickly AND accurately, but forcing “better numbers” sacrifices QUALITY. Sacrificing quality increases call volume and benefits no one.
You must be in ET. There is no interest in quality - only tell us it will be done so the dashboard looks good. By the time this stuff goes out i am betting many will have fled.
#osp. You are spot on. Morals and ethics do not exist at SF. That's why the ship will hit the iceberg.
Many people find it difficult to compromise their work ethics and moral compass in order to adapt to the new SF. Good luck with your future endeavors.
Leave no one will notice that you're gone nor will anyone care. The work load will be piled up on someone else's desk. Snake Farm doesn't care about you or their employees only cares about it's bottom line profits $$$$$. Mikey the Fat Ba----d gets his BIG Bonus and you'll see his Minions feet hanging out of his caramba.
