Send more work to India or Philippines so that d x c is price competitive with the other Indian companies. When d x c rates 300% higher do you really think they are going to get any business except from these 175 Platinum clients who cannot outsource some things to India

1ee1nK43 - In my experience found that some are talented but most offshores were new university graduates who we had (unpaid) to coach / help before 6 months down the line Mikey 1 & DXC thought it was great laugh to WFR out European team for cheaper Offshore support from India.
A terrible company in reign of Mikey 1 under his disastrous leadership at CSC, then DXC and it seems talking to people still at DXC not improved much by Sal.
I was passed over by off-shore cheap hires, but I still had to admit many were super dedicated and capable.
All Indian does is go off checklists made by the managers, if you want any critical thinking or problem solving, look elsewhere.
If you send more work to India or Philippines, you actually lose productivity for the most part. People on this side of the pond (US or UK) runs circles around our offshore counter parts.
