Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

M2 and k1 say they have 500 million per quarter FC f free cash flow

So they can use it to buy back stock or buy another company.. like lux soft. That cr-p company was for sale for years and nobody would buy it. No good aquisitions under m1 and none under m2

The purchase of Luxsoft always confused me. DXC UK used to have significant contracts in the Defence sector (MoD, BAE Systems and others). I'm guessing it's the same in other countries, including the USA. Now, if there are three things that most western defence outfits don't like, they're Iran, China, and Russia. So, buying a nice big Russian company, then using it to replace some of the capability you've WFR'd, was never going to end well for all of DXC's defence contracts. Oh, look, we bought a Russian company, got closer to Russia as a result, and now the defence sector doesn't like us. Yet more proof that DXC leadership is truly, staggeringly, incompetent.

They are doing stock BuyBacks to artificially inflate the stock price and they are reducing debt by selling off business units or real estate

Why they hold on to that PC tech business unit I don't know and now they are calling it virtual something or other

The woman running it was an id--t incompetent and I told her so and she called the police and FBI on me said it was harassment but criticism is not harassment is just criticism

Now she is Chief revenue officer and you really think she is going to succeed let's get real if you couldn't make a business for 20 years how are you going to make a business somewhere else

Back to the original point I don't know why the hedge funds don't get it but outside the doors looks like a value play they are trying to meet the Warren Buffett formula

Do you really think anybody would buy this company they already taking 99% of the clients 6, 000 and dxc only has a hold on 175 or fewer

Inflating the share price up and still wallstreet and shareholders still buy into the company without looking at what's happening inside it, possibly for quick $$ and gain.
