There's no longer leaders who be respected from employees in APAC with Japan.
So they have no strategy for business and the future world, I think.
What will they do?

The APAC president is one of the worst human beings you could come across. He is a bully who only cares about sales numbers. He will do anything to make the numbers. Sc--w people on bonuses - tick. Inflate subordinate targets while sandbagging his own numbers - tick. Layoff staff who are fully billed - tick. At least he can no longer prowl the office swearing at people in broken english "what you dun sold toddy". Some of the things i have heard him say about staff prior to townhalls are shocking. He hates the hardworking staff and denigrates them for wanting to be paid fairly. "Sell more" is his retort. An absolute maggot
That’s not true; the president gave his subservient staff a virtual cooking class as our Xmas party treat, though I couldn’t tell the clown from the comedian. It’s was all noodles to me !
APACs in trouble. Region leader has been selling a BS story on growth and its not happening. His reports are lining up to stab him in the back, meanwhile he just shouts and swears at people. Expect management change and WFRs around end of FY.
