When is Lance Fritz Retiring?

Does anybody know when Lance Fritz is supposed to be retiring?

They want to do away with PSR and go back to traditional Railroading

Not soon enough. Get rid of the entire executive team, and hire folks to fill those positions that have actual RR ground experience. I don't think the there's a single executive that has ever been on the ground.

Meh, I wouldn’t put Kenny Rocker in there. He’s the token black man.

Your unions are weak. You have no leverage. You're screwed. Look for employment elsewhere, or be miserable the rest of your career. It's really that simple.

I heard he’s going to retire and star in a movie called courage to care where he puts on a brand new vest and stands in front of a locomotive and cries.

I don’t know who they are that wants to get rid of PSR. The board of directors advocated for it and hired Vena to help implement. If and when Fritz retires PSR will still be here. You can fantasize all you want about PSR going away, but the truth is UP will not go back. If PSR dies eventually go away it will be replaced by some other program that may be even worse for the employees.

Lmao even if Lance were to retire , PSR is here to stay ! Anyone who thinks different than that is foolish.
I hate it as much as the rest of you , but its not going away unfortunately!
