They are both horrible but with m1 you knew what you were getting with the cost cutting and wfr, m2 promises all these things then does the exact opposite on purpose which in my opinion makes him worse than m1.

They still have surveys? How long did they stop doing annual reviews?

A lot of comparison is made between M1 and M2, but actually they are M3 and M4. Their predecessors were Mike Van Honeycutt and Mike Laphen. M1 was very good. M2 was a disaster that lost billions. As for M3 and M4, I think M3 was the worst of all.

She's got more cheek than M2, taking 5million for a basic job and skrewing the employeers.

Kenneth the finance guy deserves more than her but the system is so bent, its nod nod wink wink, nit what you do, but who you know.

Mary has delivered a lot not, she managed to delay the pay rises, and with inflation around 6% plus she's trying to push the next review till August next year.

Does she think there will be any staff left?

In the meantime $5million for an Admin job is gross, what do you with that much money, must be hard choosing which presents to buy.

She so handsomely paid she's made it to the Davos billionaires club as a HR person.

They are both the same. Some say we never got pay increases with M1 but that’s not true because members of the team I was on received an increase during his 1st few years. They both talk in buzz words but never actually change anything for the better. Both have a “streak cutter” on the side. M2’s is making 5 million dollars a year as the head of HR. He-l the head of General Motors (GM) HR only makes $84,000 a year

The average head of human resources salary is $158,155 per year, or $76.04 per hour, in the United States. People on the lower end of that spectrum, the bottom 10% to be exact, make roughly $95,000 a year, while the top 10% makes $261,000.

Both equally bad but M1 based on actions through his tenure at CSC and DXC is the worst - in mould of most modern CEO's to grace Western companies
