Anyone hear how X is going to handle the federal contractor mandate getting blocked?

Blocked or not they’ll still use it to lay-off more people …You can take that to the bank!
The Xerox mandate policy is illegal in multiple states.

It's been blocked for everyone as a government mandate, but if a company wants to mandate it they can do that.
The govt mandate shielded them from liability though if something happened to the person as a result of getting the shot. Now that the mandate has been suspended by several different courts the company would likely be held liable from any problems that might occur, so they may see that as too much of a risk.
They can if they make their own mandate, but they cannot hide behind the executive order and use it as an excuse, like they were doing.
I believe it means they don't have to enforce the mandate. However they still can if they choose to as company policy.
It means it cannot be enforced until it goes through the court system. You know, biden doesnt have the power to make the executive order like everyone but him knows.
