There are still a lot of really smart and quality employees here, but there are not enough good leaders. Management is terrible. Problems just pile up, and nothing is getting solved. There is a growing mess at DXC every day. It's sad, because the company could have done much better.

Wrong Leadership at the top, ceo out of his depth, hasn't done any changes for the better and short sighted share holders not holding CEO, board to account, with the only progress is an ever declining client base, fed up employees not receiving an increase in wage and quitting, more Cut backs and WTF reductions to follow. The end game will be a break up of the company, selling all off in fire sale.
This leadership team can shout anything it wants on their town halls. They can do a little dance on camera for all I care. At the end of the day, I want my paycheck and improve my capabilities. Once the global crisis has subsided, I am out of here.
Excellent employees are quitting.
