I can’t even describe how much work I have to do every day. If I worked so much in a better company, I would be promoted and rewarded very quickly. Here, of course, I am getting none of that. But what interests me, is, have they completely lost touch with reality? OK, they will cut me or I will leave on my own, it doesn't matter, but there aren't many people who are willing to do so much work that normally cannot be done by one person only. Eventually they will have to hire several people to do the same job that I do now.

It is very hard but prioritize your physical and mental health. If you are a conscientious person, it is going to be difficult to leave work undone but the more you do, the more they’ll give you. Just know that they are better jobs out there.
Yep let your managers fail. Heck clean up your resume while on the clock and start applying. There's really no reason to stay here anymore.
Don't do it all. Just let it sit. Not the end of the world if it doesn't get done.
If something fails because you didn't do it, it's on management and not you. Just like you doing all the work while they get all the credit.
