When are they going to pay our bonus?
They have always paid ‘market value’ for the location which you live. In nursing (remote roles- case management and UM) anyway— they have always done what Google and other companies are threatening to do for those who move away from their super high cost of living areas.
With nursing there are some restrictions due to licensing and the reality is they could not get nurses in California or Hawaii if the paid what nurses in Alabama consider more than fair. Overall they do pay well, but location has been factored into it.
