Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

Unrealistic goals

X is a toxic place, hard work is not valued, but... To be fair, many exaggerate when they say that the company sets unrealistic goals in front of employees. That's my opinion.
I have a colleague to whom everything is an ‘unrealistic goal’, the smallest task for him is an unrealistic goal. And he is not the only one who constantly complains about the job he was paid for.
I don't know, perhaps I'm wrong, but it seems to me that people are exaggerating a bit?

It’s just a bad company with nothing to offer and the employees left there are the bottom of the barrel which explains the laziness factor..

You are completely wrong on this. It’s a swamp full of reptiles. People generally complain when they have had enough. People that are still here after all that has been going on here, have had enough. This company deserves nothing from anyone anymore.
