Anyone know or hear of someone being denied an exemption? Most of my office heard back yesterday. Still wondering if anyone else is waiting their decision or has been denied.

@2hva I had an up vote ready for you but, "there". Really?
I hit the down arrow it's over there.
With ALL of the mandates being blocked in court, the Senate just voting to repeal the mandates, and the GOP slated to have a veto proof majority in the House and Senate in 2022, there's little doubt that HON-666 sees the writing on the wall!
Anyone using the term, "jab" made up there "religion" in November. 🤣 Oh Trump sheep
I’m sure they’re quaking in their boots about your lawyer
I was approved for an exemption and signed it Monday as my insurance (through my spouse) said the testing would be fully covered. It is the law that for any reason even if you don’t have symptom insurance has to pay for it. I called the insurance twice and they told me the same thing. See this link: https://www.cms.gov/newsroom/press-releases/biden-administration-strengthens-requirements-plans-and-issuers-cover-covid-19-diagnostic-testing
However, now that a Federal Judge has blocked the mandate I see Honeywell says they are still moving forward. That is what they say now. This has to change. The premise of rolling all this BS out per their own e-mail was due to the Presidents Executive Order for Federal Contractors…not because they just wanted to do it. So, if they change now and force me to live up to the accommodation I agreed to they will be talking to my lawyer.
My exemption was approved last week, my understanding is that we can get the Covid test under our health insurance.
After the rulings today those who were denied will now have a much stronger legal case going forward. Mine was approved, but I will likely end up envying them for the payouts they will get. HON dividend payouts will take a hit next year. I'm cashing out of HON stock in January.
I heard many on our factory floor were denied exemptions. So messed up.
Mine and about a dozen others came through last week. I filed on Nov. 1 with a clear letter stating my religious beliefs against the jabs, how the jabs are different from tylenol, pepto, and tums, and a legal memo from a pro bono law firm stating as to why I didn't have to answer any of their BS questions. Now working with legal on the BS testing "accommodation".
If you're only getting tested for work, it makes it work related, HW is opening themselves to a lawsuit.
Wait and see what will happen on Thursday Dec 9
I'm still waiting but someone I know go theirs granted.

A federal judge just put a nationwide block on the federal contractor jab mandate!
HON-666 is going have to reconsider denying exemptions and requiring employees to pay for testing.
Federal lawsuits and passage of state laws in freestates will likely nullify most of requirements that employees have to pay for testing.
I'm still waiting. I submitted my exemption form late on Nov 1st.

Yes I received my exemption Monday which requires a weekly testing requirement beginning in Jan. and that seems to be half the battle. Check out the posts on the link on what happens if you get the exemption and have Honeywell health insurance. At this time is seems Honeywell/CIGNA (in my case) insurance will not pay for it or do the testing required by a third party.
It appears I have to find a testing facility that will do it and provide the results in time every week to be able to submit them on time and pay for it out of my pocket. Several places I've contacted are $100 and up per test.
@vvu I know this. I meant the deadline Honeywell provided on when they would get back to everyone with a decision to exemptions submitted by November 1st.
"The deadline to comply with the federal vaccination requirement is Jan 4."
