Ummm. They do. Did you register your vaccine status? If you did, you have to select USA out of the list of countries.

Ford issued their vaccine deadline to comply with the Federal Contractor Mandate...they didn't say anything about ONLY requiring vaccines because of the Federal Contractor Mandate. They can still require it unless prohibited by state or local laws. If you live/work in Michigan, Illinois, New York, California.... Ford can still require the vaccine. Stay tuned!

I think it means if Ford Follows through on vaccine mandate Ford will be solely responsible for vaccine side effects as they will be considered workplace injuries.

Ford's freedom ends where mine begins:
- Ford is free to force masks inside their buildings, but cannot force me to wear it outside.
- Ford is free to force social distancing in the office, but cannot force me outside.
- Ford is free to look for another employee, as I am free to search for another employer.
- Ford cannot force vaccination on employees, and that is NOT a reason to terminate employees (Show me where it says so in the contract).
Of course, Ford cannot discriminate by gender, race or age, but we know it does. We'll see if they try to force the vaccination, but I doubt it. Farley was very "soft", "understanding", and "friendly" in the last video, recommending the vaccine to those who have different "opinions". Nonetheless, I believe Ford will find another excuse to get rid of the unvaxxed, if they can afford it.
Ford will have to come up with a new way to get rid of people without having to pay severance. Or people can stay and continue to make bad quality cars to get back at management. This would be how employees respond to Fords' "rights to decide upon the terms of their employment." Then consumer will stop buying these lemons.

We will win by an accumulation of small victories like this one. Hopefully Ford leadership chooses to be on the right side of history and they do away with all vaccine mandates.
