Not my point - but the point is that this figure implies that the company has too few employees for its revenue. Considering DXC doesn't pay well, and sells cheap, this shows that the employees who're left are having to produce a very large amount of work.
I'd question the TCS figure though, as that's too low to be sustainable unless they have >95% of their staff working at very low salaries, even by offshore standards.
If you are making over 100k you're not going to get a raise
