I worked for her when she was in upstate New York. She was the worst person in the company I had ever met. Nasty to the core, didn’t care about morale only cared about wait times in the queue. I remember her yelling at me on the phone about wait times but she wouldn’t let me off the phone to help people. So I hung up on her. She is a waste of salary. I no longer work for this horrible company. Left last year and never looked back.

Only in “woke” society where a leader can be down YOY three straight years, record low Pulse, and decelerate STI can be promoted to the C suite. Nothing else can be said. At least she is a domestic leader.

Promoted because of the great implementation of team commission? Promoted because of the sustained high staffing levels during covid? Promoted because she raised team morale? Promoted because of the increase in sales?
