The former CEO P started this whole demise! He left this management team in charge prior to him leaving. He turned his back on the people that worked hard for him and he put these Varco guys in charge. Then he became a competitor. All while leaving the NOI people to be gutted. What a hero! Luckily I’m a short timer! About 12 months to go. Now then this leadership team should have been replaced a long time ago.

Pete wasn’t the problem. The real problem is the ceo and upper management that the stockholders allow to stay employed. They must just sit around and dream up ways to pull the wool over everyone’s eyes.
It's mind baffling how this CEO continues to "lead" this company. You can blame P all you want but there is no excuse, and it shows. Rogain, Paco the bean counter, RedM(0r0n) to name a few of his minions, turn gold into sh*t. Keep it up Varco. LOL

Well I’m not an NOI guy but was brought up thanks to an FOP & my mentor, although an NOI guy, was despised by NOI guys but he was my papichapi and I miss him so much. Anyways…I must say once P was gone, it was so easy to throw my bosses under the bus & little by little watch them all go as us Varco mo--ns took over. We have managed to take a reputable profitable company & flush it down the toilet. Don’t blame it on P…blame it on Varco incompetence.
He is loyal as an ally cat to his National Oilwell family.
Truth…noi is dead. Thanks P…go on to u r next norway company. NOw guys gutted. And you are still rolling. We have incompetent leadership and you are still rolling. I wish the best for all of you. Great things will happen.
